The house in the woods

Mainly dedicated to winter fun, it is a secondary house located in the middle of the woods. Immersed in its site, surrounded by dense vegetation that preserves the privacy of the house, which integrates a private spa that occupies almost a third of the usable surface, adding to the traditional living spaces of the countryside.

While La Casa is a compact scheme designed to accommodate a large number of guests, the spaces of the house can be reconfigured in different geometries: using large sliding doors, users can transform the children’s bedroom into a playground or a guest bedroom, more or less open to the main living spaces.

The project consists of two enveloping volumes arranged on different levels, one dark, one light, which thus create distinct spaces, which blend freely into each other.
