The work is set in urban land, in a residential area with several single-family houses on two floors and some collective residential buildings.
Despite the generous size of the land, it was decided to organize the house on two fronts, to allow the back on the sides of the neighboring houses. The difference in height between the two existing houses has given rise to the variation in height on the facade to allow the alignment of the three buildings.
On the lower floor facing south, we have access to the garage with two parking spaces and to the main entrance which takes us up the stairs. From the main atrium we have a connection with the room which has openings for the two facades. The kitchen, laundry room and bathroom overlook the back. In the back garden we have a heated swimming pool with a wooden terrace.
Upstairs we have two bedrooms and an office facing the main facade, all with balconies. The bathroom to support these spaces is located at the rear and opens onto a patio. On the rear facade we have the master suite with bathroom and anteroom. This room has a connection with the central terrace of the upper floor, which allows the orientation to the west of the room and also the lighting of the corridor and stairs.
